Beautiful wardrobes our son had to makes them up for us which took about 3hours each one, but they’re well worth it. Would definitely recommend oakworld

Oak world did their usual great job. I have bought furniture from them before and will do so again. The site is easy to navigate and the delivery chaps, polite and helpful. The furniture is excellent quality too.

Good cabinets, as described, delivered promptly and in good condition, fit exactly in the narrow space we have for them. But the wooden handles (supplied as an alternative to metal) were disappointing. They were not the same colour as the drawers. We bought handles from another supplier that match perfectly and are very happy.

Ordered garden furniture that broke (frame split) after one summer of use. (other suppliers offer a 5 year warranty for the same furniture) Outside guarantee so they agreed to replace frame which would take 8-10 weeks even though item in stock for delivery within 7-10 days. As eight weeks had passed, I chased and because they haven't heard from me, I am outside of 'lead time'. No reason to contact them before 8 weeks surely ! During this time they changed the e-mail address and did not advise of the change. Most shocking customer service and the person dealing does not take calls !!

After searching for dining chairs and ordering with two companies and then having to cancel due to appalling deliveries that were postponed several times we Ordered with Oakworld!!!! They promised delivery which actually happened on time and the product is excellent so not only shocked but delighted!

I would give this no stars if I could. Ordered bedroom furniture for my mother's new assisted living apartment in February and delivery once again delayed just days before expected. Helpful people on the end of the phone but their hands are tied. Blaming Covid and products held up in UK ports. Part of the order is supposedly already in the warehouse but they have refused to deliver it. My mother is 90 years old and explaining the delay is difficult.

Very fast compared to all the other furniture stores. This came in 2 weeks unlike others with lead times of 3+ months. Delivery was good, they checked the mirrors for damage before leaving. Overall very good. Would definitely use again.

Lost a star as I had to carry it up the stairs myself. There was 2 minor chipped bits but they were hidden after building so didn't mind too much.

Heads up, look through the manual and plan your build before starting anything. There's no English but the images are sufficient. Take your time and be careful. The manual order is good for someone with a warehouse amount of space to lay it out and build. Not good for a home build. I had to reorder it so it made sense.

Superb. Stylish and unlike other dining sets looks good for both formal and informal gatherings. I love it.

A farce from the beginning sadly. I placed my order and supposedly it was going too be delivered in a week. After my money was taken I got an email to say three weeks. A mirror was going to be delivered separately. Fast forward a week. I received an email to say the mirror was being delivered the next day. Followed by another to say the delivery had been cancelled. Followed by another to say it would be delivered. The company hadn't got a clue when I phoned. The mirror was delivered the next day. The company blurb says 'we will never deliver your furniture without notification '. Wellthey did!! I arrived home the next day to find a flat packed bedroom suite in the entrance to my apartment. No email to say it was or had been delivered. The mirror box said two man handling!! I had to drag 30 kilo boxes up three flights of stairs. Anyway. We've started to build the chest of drawers. The instructions are so obtuse it's taken four hours and still not right, and, one piece of wood missing. Would I buy again or recommend? Hell no, I'd rather go to Argos!
Update, no screw holes in the mirror frame to screw the base on to. I'll guess oakworld won't read these reviews so won't expect a reply

Quick and efficient. Great and all arrived.

Had a bad experience unfortunately. I received an order, tv unit was wrong size, I opened side table started assembling it and realised some screws are too small, then later some missing I didn't like a quality and desired to return. Packed all properly contacted customer services online, somebody name Amy was asking me to send like million pictures, I send all and then she disappeared. I keep emailing her, but no reply. Will be over a will since I raised a return and nothing. Waiting g another week and taking it further.

The furniture is pretty basic stuff that you can find in big brand stores for much less. Don't be fooled by the so-called discounts on the site. They're still about 30% more expensive than elsewhere. It's just a web front selling over-priced furniture sent by other companies.
The biggest issue though is the total lack of service. No notification of which day the goods would come. Just a message a few hours beforehand. The delivery company is appaling. In spite of clear instructions at the point of ordering, the driver refused to bring it up to the flat, telling me 'I don't do stairs'. Seemed to think he was Mariah Carey!
I tried to contact the company but I had no repose from the email form and the lines are constantly busy.

I did not realise it was a flat pack ,
no problem my grandson put it together and I love it.

I was very happy with my purchase. They kept me well informed about delivery and I was able to choose the day I wanted it to arrive and it all worked smoothly.
I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product.

Excellent company, first class service. Excellent product quality. I will certainly be using them again.
